When I received my product it was broken or malfunctioning… Our company is sorry for this trouble. In most events the damage occurs in shipping and our company will have to report it to the shipping company. Proof of the damage is required, such as a photo, which can be sent in an email directly to the owner- info@snaresandtraps.com. We are happy to work with you on resolving the problem.

My product is broken after using it… Our products are known for the high quality brands and top notch functioning, but sometimes life has its’ accidents. In most occurrences, the product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you bought the product from Northern Industries within the last thirty days, please describe the nature of the event to our company and have the item returned to us. We then can contact the manufacturer about the product repair or replacement. Our customer service will contact you once the solution has risen. After thirty days we request that you contact the manufacturer directly.

I received the wrong product We apologize for the inconvenience and we will take immediate steps so that you, rest assured, receive the right product. Each shipment is triple checked by our team, but, as humans, sometimes we can make mistakes. Northern Industries will send you a return label and get you the accurate product mailed to your shipping address. We will ship the new item when the return item arrives.  For any inconvenience that we may have caused you, we will be sure to show you our appreciation for your patience. Just call our helpful customer service or send us an email to inform us about the event. Please have all your order information available to refer to.

I’ve changed my mind and I haven’t used/opened my product yetWe appreciate your honesty and understand. Please ship the product to our retail store (we do not pay for return shipping) and we will refund you the price of the product or recommend an alternative. It is possible there will be a restocking fee. See policies below.

I have already used/opened my item and want to return it… Northern Industries will decide if we can accept the return. If we accept the item there will be a restocking fee. Certain items we will not accept. Realize that we do not actually restock anything, (except on select items that are unbreakable) they are resold, used, on eBay.

Change in Price… Our store specializes in its everyday low prices and if there is a price change on a product, that you have previously purchased, we can not return the item for that new price. Additionally, we will not reimburse the difference. This includes specials on our website/ discounted section.

Special order items Special order items are those that are specified with a different shipping plan. These cannot be returned, nor can the order be cancelled. If you call our customer service, verify that the shipment has not been processed; you may be able to cancel the order. Please process your orders carefully.

Restocking Fee Policy…If the reason for return was not Northern Industries' mistake, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee. The value of the fee is dependent on the nature of the return. In the worst case scenario, the highest restocking fee can reach 40% of the return product(s). This fee is only for the protection of Northern Industries’ continued quality service and its’ employees. Please know that we do not collect this fee for any indirect reason. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the products.
